Gumprecht – Accountant Support Center. The Support Center is lucky to have an employee like Kris. He helps support all divisions with his analytical skills. He effectively analyzes relevant information, is very methodical in solving problems, and demonstrates a willingness to help everyone regardless of department. He displays strong leadership in a team environment and has made a substantial contribution to the continued operation and growth of the organization. Chandra - HCA Vancouver, WA Home Care. He has only been with Addus for a year, but has accepted every client assignment with a positive attitude. Sateesh has excellent communication skills with the office in reporting client conditions or issues. Every time he comes into the office, he has a warm smile and greets everyone he sees. Before leaving the office he gives everyone a heart felt “thank you” for his assigned work. He is a pleasure to work with and Addus is thankful for his caring nature. |

Tarawollie – HCA Marion, IL Home Health. Sallie moved to Fairview Heights, IL. because she and her family were victims of hurricane Katrina. They lost their home in Louisiana. Sallie began her new life working for Marion Assisted servicing clients in the Fairview Heights area. Sallie is a very caring person and gives wonderful care to her clients. She was successful in servicing a very difficult client with a strong personality using her smile and willing attitude to do the work that was needed. Sallie has also helped her fellow employees when they had no transportation to get to their client, even driving round trip. Sallie always pitches in to save the day. The Marion office is so proud of Sallie for her willingness to help out and volunteer to do something that was not asked of her. Thank you Sallie for coming to the rescue! |

HCA Chicago, IL Home Care. Catherine is a very hard working and dedicated employee who is currently servicing a client in second stage of Alzheimer’s. A copy of a letter was written by the husband of this client. The letter was addressed to the corporate office. The letter says it all. “Ms. Catherine Washington has been very effective in her work with my wife. While caring for her on a personal level, Ms. Washington has been able to communicate very effectively with my wife who is suffering from Alzheimer’s disease. She knows how to talk to her, and is successful in producing positive and appropriate responses from her. I wish to commend Ms. Washington and express my gratitude for the patience, care and concern shown to my wife. Thank you for this commendable staff person.” |
