Karisa Rickard, Administration, Hayden Support Center, Hayden, ID Karisa is a wonderful person who we all adore. During the acquisition and transition of A Full Life to Addus, she had many added responsibilities. She handled them well and always professional and pleasant to work with. Karisa follows through with each and every task she is given. Although she rarely has direct contact with the clients, she cares about the reputation of the company. She is truly a SUPPORT to all of the Idaho and Montana locations and we appreciate all that she does for us. |

Colvin – MSW, Care Network Rodgers, AR Home Health Dana joined Addus/Care Network in March 2004 with a wealth of experience in the healthcare field, Child Protective Services, assistant professor at Hendrix University, Director of Social Services 53 bed facility and served in the US Army. She has been a significant resource to all staff. She is an amazing problem solver that has many resources. Dana will leave no stone unturned to solve a problem. Recently she was asked by our pediatric chemo nurse to obtain an air conditioner for the summer for a 12 year old boy receiving chemotherapy for leukemia. The home was stifling hot with little ventilation. Dana got an air conditioner contributed by a local company and managed to get three charitable organizations to help pay for the electric bills because the family could not afford the additional cost of the electricity. Bravo! |

Health Sheila is very dedicated to giving total care to her clients. When I say “total care”, I am not just referring to the physical care of the client but also to the emotional, environmental and mental care of a client. Sheila handles everything from getting equipment that is needed, to calling the doctor, to making a phone call for them, picking up groceries or prescriptions, or just listening to them tell stories over a cup of coffee. The client’s know that they can depend on her honesty and sincerity. People respond to her because she has a “down home” style. Sheila has a lot of positive energy that she transmits to everyone around her. I can honestly say that I would put my trust in caregivers like Sheila. She shows people how Home Health agencies like Addus are a true benefit to clients and their families. It isn’t about the money; it is about the total care of the client. Sheila is a shinning example of the type of employee you want out in the field representing your company. |
