It is the first time that we had a double nomination for Customer Service. Both are well deserving of this award because they work together in training our Caregivers the correct way to take care of our clients. Their training classes are like scripted plays with character actors. Not only are they great actresses and entertainers, they really teach and get the message across to our caregivers about customer service and how to handle our client’s needs. Their unusual techniques have trained wonderful Caregivers. Thank you for your out of the box thinking and being such great assets to Addus.

Dependable, reliable and always professional in any situation. Morinola was assigned a very difficult client whose family was very skeptical having a male HCA servicing their parent. To their pleasant surprise, they found Morinola to be a dedicated, hard working person with a strong work ethic that goes above and beyond his job description. We are very pleased to have such a wonderful employee here in Tacoma.

Rikki graciously accepts almost every assignment given to her. Each time she subs for a client, I get a happy phone call from the satisfied client wanting to know if she is available on a permanent basis. Mary is one of our most compassionate caregivers. She has demonstrated an exceptional willingness to work, stepping up and taking on extra cases when we experience staffing crunches. Clients are very complimentary of Mary’s work and love her high level of care. She is always respectful to her supervisor and is willing to work as long as needed, even if it means being late going home. She is dependable and never calls off and is willing to work any and all shifts including weekends. Mary has been with Addus since 2005 and is truly a pleasure to work with.
