Bertha deserves this award because she routinely rises to the many daily challenges and changes in our Private Duty Nursing department. She is organized and can multi task. Clients, staff, referral sources, physicians are always impressed on her professional manner and positive attitude. Bertha maintains that the client comes first. They need to be reassured that their needs are met. She personally confirms that they are. The staff does thank her often, but she just laughs and says, “but that’s my job”. The entire Chicago South office says, “Thank you for all that you do”.

Rosemary is a very excellent employee who will go out of her way for our customers in the Pittsfield area. She is diligent in calling the office with any schedule changes each week and makes sure she reschedules service with clients who have had to miss their normal scheduled time. She is always pleasant, polite and has a positive smile. Rosemary works hard and deserves this recognition.

Cleo is the RN Field Supervisor for Philadelphia, Chester and Montgomery Counties. She has been an Addus employee since 1995. She is a very caring person and is always looking out for the welfare of her clients. The Philadelphia Corporation for Aging has reported how very pleased they are with the services that Cleo provides her clients. Thank you Cleo for all your good work.

Vera is a wonderful example of what we want in an Addus employee. She has been taking care of a very difficult client for over two years without a complaint and always trying to improve on her clients care. Everyday she stays the course with a smile. We thank her for her professionalism and continued diligence in a tough working environment.
